Delivery & Returns


We’ll happily deliver across the UK. Even more happily, we won’t charge you for delivery of orders of more than £15 in the UK.

Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you an email to say so.

Here are our prices for postage and packaging, along with our estimated delivery times. Timings are based on stock being available when you place your order and you placing your order by 2pm on any given day.

Delivery in the UK:

Orders over £15 2-4 working days Free



If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange – no quibbles, no fuss.

Simply email us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the ball rolling.

First, we’ll ask that you return the item to us unworn and fit for resale. Please post it to our head office in Hertfordshire with your proof of purchase. We suggest you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery because proof of your delivery isn’t proof of our receipt.

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll refund the full cost of the product(s) onto the same payment card you used to pay for it.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery cost incurred by Royal Mail.

If your order is damaged in any way, please call or email us within 5 days of receiving the order. We’ll ask you to send us an email showing your proof of purchase and a photo of the damage. Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll send you a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
